Senator Burris is committed to assisting and advocating on behalf of all Illinoisans.  At times, the federal government can be a daunting bureaucracy to those who need its help or have a problem that needs solving.  Fortunately, Senator Burris and his staff are dedicated to answering your questions about federal agencies, policies and procedures, and assisting you with problems you may be having.  If you would like Senator Burris's office to contact a federal agency on your behalf, please fill out the Privacy Act Release Form and either fax or mail it to any of the offices listed on the form.

Senator Burris can help you if you:

  • are a resident of Illinois
  • have a problem with a federal government agency
  • need assistance with issues that fall under the jurisdiction the Illinois Family & Social Services Administration
